Position Summary
Will provide technical guidance and training on atomic force microscopy (AFM) to research staff, including Undergraduate/Graduate Students, Research Assistant 1 and Technicians related to the AFM in their research project use.
Oversees and assists with the development and execution of experiments.
Assists the Research Supervisor in conducting research on developing the engineered nanoparticles.
Conducts research projects using established protocols, processes and procedures and with minimal or no supervision.
Other Job requirements
Possesses specialized knowledge of the field or discipline acquired through a Master’s Degree.
Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level # 4 on a scale of 0-4.
