Research Assistant

Intensive research and scholarly work on a funded cancer research initiative. The Johns Hopkins Radiation Oncology Department has an opening for a **_Research Assistant_** .
**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**
+ To analyze x-ray CT, PET, and MRI images of small animal preclinical radiation experiments.
+ To assist with the writing and editing of manuscripts.
+ To present research projects at meetings and conferences.
+ To perform data annotation and/or statistical analysis for various research projects.
+ To assist with tasks on other research projects as required.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
+ Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Applicants who have prior experience in medical imaging analysis will be preferred.

Role/Level/Range: ACRO40/E/03/CD
Starting Salary Range: $17.20 - $30.30 HRLY ($25,000 targeted; Commensurate with experience)

Schedule: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm
