This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Job Description

Duties will include but will not be limited to supporting our Digital Banking Hub (DBH) products by:

Scheduling Coordination: Coordination with assigned shoppers in a timely manner for account accessShopper Communication: Communicate with shoppers regarding account access, verification codes, meetings, and any Quality Checking follow up which involves collecting additional informationMaking Videos: Create thorough & logical videos exploring the users’ accounts to be able to answer all corresponding metrics relating to app or banking platform functionalityScreenshots: Produce clean, accurate, & relevant screenshots for all applicable metrics that follow established protocol for formatting, journey requirements, redacting personally identifiable information (PII), and naming conventionsDBH Report & Image Tagging: Image tagging & Report submission is expected to be timely & meet department standardsQC Revisions: QC revisions must be fully addressed & corrected in a timely mannerAnalyst Support: Supporting analysts as required with collating and annotating screenshots of changes to functionality within quarterly update reports

Consultancy Projects

Supporting the delivery of consultancy projects as required by auditing application journeys and uploading to the database and media library

Uploading externally provided journeys to database and media library

Other Responsibilities

Keeping a log of updates and the changes implemented by each provider on the devices being used for auditing when notifications appear.

QualificationsDetail-Oriented: Ability to recognize & classify all platform changes properly in DBH auditing submissionsGood Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with manager, peers, analysts and shoppers to ensure workload is appropriately managed and any issues are escalated earlyAbility to Multi-Task: Able to prioritize tasks to ensure that all audits are completed in a timely manner according to established due datesIntegrity: Ensure all outputs are robust in their findings – ensure that accuracy & quality is effectively tracked & reviewedProblem Solving Skills: Uses past feedback, knowledge & training resources to address minor issues that arise during the auditing processTechnical Literacy: Ability to navigate various digital channels including mobile & internet applicationsWorking knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
