In the Companion Diagnostics Business (CDx), our team partners very closely with leading pharmaceutical companies to develop, manufacture and commercialize highly regulated medical devices which are critical for physicians to help select therapies for their patients.

Major Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Design, plans, and executes stability studies, including accelerated reagent, cut section and stained slide stability studies, for the development of Companion Diagnostic (CDx) Immunohistochemistry (IHC) assays.Writes protocols and reports in compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Plans study experiment schedules and associated tasks. Performs experiments in the lab while maintaining GLP and GDP.Makes detailed observations, analyzes data and interprets results. Presents results to internal and external cross-functional project teams. Supports the Stability team in developing new templates and processes and in the governance of Stability team knowledge repositoryWorks closely with the Stability team (currently 5 people), cross-functional project teams including line management, OFS, and external partners, and supports the completion of development projects and subsequent design transfer into commercial product manufacturing.Maintains high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature.

QualificationsBachelor’s, or Master’s, Degree or equivalent.At least 2+ years relevant experience, specific stability study experience in companion diagnostics is a plus!Previous Medical Device development (R&D) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize timelines and changing priorities.

The US pay range for this full-time position is $78,288.00 - $122,325.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
