Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in basic science or equivalent; no experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, and basic managing skills Good with computer software Strong writing skills, be able to handle scientific reports, protocols, paper publications and grant budgeting plan et al. Prefer to have some big data analysis experiences

Job Duties:
This position supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel engaged in research and experimental testing. Maintains lab operations. May investigate complaints regarding lab services, equipment, and/or capabilities. Possesses, understands, and applies a comprehensive knowledge in area of specialization. Understands and uses effective management techniques. Duties involve: Manages the operation of a research laboratories. Maintains an adequate inventory of equipment, chemicals, and other materials. Estimates personnel needs to obtain lab and research objectives. Conducts personnel evaluations, recommends hiring and terminations, and performs other management functions.
Key responsibilities
Manage projects in the lab, including personnel, protocols, budgeting, purchase order, timeline, and progress reporting and final report. Be able to perform basic research lab routine techniques, such as cryostat, immunohistochemistry, western blotting and cell culture et al. Data management and archive Imaging analysis Statistical analysis Purchase order and inventory Management of instruments and shared facilities Participate in grant and publication preparation Coordinate inter-lab research collaborationSalary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
