As a successful candidate, you will:
Conducts routine and non-routine experiments, recording and validating results.Troubleshoots and recommends alternative procedures for unsatisfactory results.Accurately records work, calculates, compiles, and analyzes data.Evaluates research data and suggests improvements, trains staff in specialized procedures and concepts.Assists in manuscript preparation by detailing methods and techniques; stays updated on new techniques.Ensures compliance with safety procedures for handling hazardous materials.Qualifications
Your qualifications should include:
Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field, with 2 years of post-degree research experience, or 1 year with a Master’s degreeExceptional attention to detail, accuracy in lab work, and robust record-keeping skillsCity of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
