Responsibilities*Utilizing medical record system (MiChart) to screen, recruit and capture participant data.Data management (collect, record, and input hard and electronic study forms- data entry, and quality assurance, maintain various logs)Sample collection and shipmentCoordinating study visits/activitiesCommunicating with participants Working with health care providers for recruitmentServing as a resource and contact person for active protocolsCommunicating and relaying data to entire study team Reporting weekly on subject enrollment and progress in studies Ensuring compliance with the protocol and adherence to Good Clinical Practice obligations.Perform general office and administrative duties related to clinical studiesOther duties as assigned or required for the research projectRequired Qualifications*Travel to clinic sites in and around East and West Ann Arbor, Brighton, Northville, etc.Must have reliable transportationAbility to work independently, prioritize, and organize multiple projectsHighly organized and detail-oriented a mustComputer skills - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Desired Qualifications*Associate Degree in Health Science or an equivalent combination of related education and experience is desirable.An understanding of medical terminology, experience in a large complex health care setting, ability to effectively communicate with staff and faculty of all levels, and knowledge of university policies and procedures is desirableDemonstrated ability to learn and use new skills quickly and effectivelyAble to maintain data confidentiality and participant/subject/patient privacy.Excellent attendance record and strong work ethicsEpic Experience is preferableResearch experience is preferableWork Schedule
This position will be onsite and work from home maybe an option as needed.
