Job Summary
Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal and external collaborators to facilitate study procedures and communication for multi-institutional federally funded studies.
Coordinate with investigators to monitor study progress, troubleshoot challenges, and compile data for presentations and publications.
Ensure study documentation is maintained and compliant with any University and federal regulations.
Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) preparation.
Assist with development of data collection instruments.
Assist with the preparation of manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications by compiling data and ensuring accuracy.
Update and maintain the CHS website with relevant announcements, project updates, and resources.
Provide administrative assistance to CHS Director and Center Business Administrator, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Act as a liaison between CHS and external collaborators or institutional departments.
Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.
Analyzes and maintains data and/or specimens. Conducts literature reviews. Assists with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents.
Performs other related work as needed.

Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, or related field.
Experience:
Experience in research coordination and/or academic administration.
Preferred Competencies
Knowledge of research techniques of methods.
Knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex projects with precision and maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic research and administrative needs.
Interpersonal Skills: Professional and approachable communication style, with the ability to work with diverse populations, including study participants, faculty, and administrative staff.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as REDCap, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and grant tracking platforms.
