We are looking for a Research & Data Analytics Manager to be a part of our data-driven initiatives and research team. This role will help drive the firm's data intelligence capabilities, ensuring our strategies and campaigns are informed by robust analytics, cutting-edge methodologies, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, data analytics, and strategic consulting, with a passion for transforming complex data into meaningful narratives that support client objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research Strategy
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with business goals and client needs.
+ Oversee the design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, digital panels, and market intelligence.
+ Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights that inform strategic and creative decisions.
Data Analytics
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy that supports data-driven decision-making and aligns with business objectives.
+ Utilize analytics, AI, and data science methodologies to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and generate predictive insights.
+ Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Leadership & Team Management
+ Manage and mentor a team of researchers, analysts, communication experts, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, digital, corporate, and client service teams to integrate research findings into communications and campaign planning.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in research and analytics to ensure our firm remains competitive.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex data insights into simple and actionable strategies.
+ Develop and present compelling research reports, dashboards, and insights to internal teams and external clients.
+ Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, pitches, strategies, and thought leadership initiatives
Required Technical Skills:
In-depth Knowledge of Experience in the behavioral sciences or fields grounded in psychology and human behavior: Ability to combine the understanding of market behavior, sociology, and psychology with statistical analysis to recommend business plans and improve communication strategies.
Strategic Vision: Have the ability to think long-term and develop solid strategies that drive growth and success for our clients.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Previous experience working with research panels, surveys, digital panels, focus groups, and handling outside research vendors to achieve project goals.
Communication Skills: Experience working with multinational communication and marketing teams
Adaptability and Problem Solving: Be able to adapt quickly to changes in the market and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Education and Experience
+ Strong expertise in survey design, polling, media analytics, and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, GWI, Brightdata, Survey Monkey).
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics is a plus.
+ Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to drive results.
+ Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
+ Experience working with research, data analytics, sales, and marketing teams.
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Communications, Political Science, psychology, or a related field.
