Summary: Seeking an R&D Manager to lead and innovate in product development within the food/pharma industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Science, Engineering) Experience with animal material, specifically bovine and porcine proteins Minimum of 5 years in a similar role Strong leadership and management skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience running pilot projects related to protein breakdown Ability to evaluate and improve processes, equipment, and products Production background within the food/pharma industry

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of researchers and scientists for new product development Oversee research projects, analyze results, and provide recommendations Develop and implement research strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution Stay updated on industry trends and manage the R&D budget Mentor and develop team members

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
