ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Although located in our Ipsos Poland office, the Research Executive would be part of the Ipsos Switzerland Quantitative team dedicated to Innovation & Market Strategy Understanding Service Line (MSU-INNO), working for international clients. Under the guidance of the Research Director, key responsibilities include:

Oversee a variety of research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Serve as the primary contact for project execution, coordinating communication between client service teams and suppliers. Manage all operational aspects including translation, field suppliers, and data processing, ensuring all deliverables meet established standards. Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and internal procedures.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful candidate will have:

- A background in marketing or business (graduate level preferred).

- Proficiency in English: (reading, writing, speaking

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.

- An international mindset and team-oriented approach.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Open-mindedness and curiosity.

- Ideally, at least 6 months of experience in quantitative research, either in market research agencies or on the client side (not mandatory).
