While our group focuses on auditory intelligence, we are seeking postdoctoral candidates primarily in the HCI / accessibility area who have at least a basic working knowledge of AI and machine learning. **Required Qualifications*** The candidate will have received (or anticipate receiving by the date of hire) a doctoral degree in computer science or related fields, with demonstrated interest in HCI and accessibility. **Additional Information** Duration: The initial appointment is for one year, and the renewal of the appointment in following years is contingent upon excellent performance, the availability of funds, and an appropriate work authorization status. **Background Screening** The University of Michigan conducts background checks on all job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background checks.
