Research intern for 6G system automation and intelligence

Needed Qualifications

You are an M.Sc. student in the relevant field (e.g., telecommunications, computer science, data science, programming). You have some programming skills (e.g., C++, Golang, Python, Matlab), basic knowledge of Linux. You have experience with, or interested in container technologies (Docker), cloud orchestration (Kubernetes), microservices architectures.You are interested in learning more and applying theoretical, mathematical background in neural networks, natural language processing, optimization, analytics, data processing, control theory fields.You are fluent in English – English is the language of your project work
 

Your work will focus on researching and implementing algorithms and their proof-of-concept prototypes that enable autonomous management and operations of future communication systems. 

You will have to contribute to running projects applying intent based paradigm, declarative programming and closed loop control of network functions, with focus on configuration management.  

You will work in the Network Systems and Security Research Lab at Nokia Bell Labs in Budapest in a multi-cultural team of researchers solving the network challenges of tomorrow in close collaboration with business groups and other research teams around the world. 

You will be expected to come up with your own ideas and bring them to fruition.
