Job Description:
As a Laboratory Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the testing, analysis, and development of various products. With your strong understanding of laboratory procedures and a passion for hands-on work, you will support the research and development process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols and procedures.Analyze and interpret data, documenting findings in a clear and concise manner.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.Assist with the development and optimization of new products and processes.Support research teams in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving issues.Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.Maintain accurate records and prepare technical reports for review.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, or related field).1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting (preferred, but not required).Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, procedures, and techniques.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with data analysis and documentation software.
