What will I be doing? 

Planning and implementation of Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies Developing project designs including the selection of suitable data sources and analysis methods, cost calculations, and relevant proposals Developing all research instruments and deliverables (e.g. study protocol, SAP, study 
reports, research questionnaires and presentations)  Preparation of all relevant documents for approval by external committees (e.g. IRB, EC) and maintaining contact with these committees Management of project and external service vendors (e.g., medical writing) while adhering to budget, time, and quality specifications Close collaboration with our international Real-World Evidence Center of Expertise and other internal/external stakeholders, e.g., from Data Science and Medicine Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates to client requests 

 

What do I need to bring with me? 

At least 5 years of experience in the RWE space including several years of project management of studies with a good understanding of the industry.  Strong understanding of RWE study designs incl. data sources, and analytical methodologies Working knowledge of regulatory and quality frameworks governing RWE studies, including associated process requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively Client-facing experience and the ability to act as key client liaison on projects is essential Solid project management skills with the ability to drive delivery in a dynamic environment Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German or any additional languages are a plus  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels within the organization  Embraces our core values of collaboration, innovation, and client-centered excellence
