Posting Summary The individual in this role is responsible for creating a bi-directional partnership between the University of Vermont’s academic medical centers and rural practices to facilitate research in rural settings. The Practice-Based Research Navigator will facilitate T3 (translation to practice) and T4 (translation to population health) research with clinicians in practice sites. Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Master’s in relevant field and three to five years’ experience in relevant field. Ability to educate learners in all aspects of research. Extensive knowledge of statistical principles and methods, and proficiency with computers, databases and computer based analysis packages for research ( SAS , SPSS , or Stata preferred). Ability to function independently, and facilitate projects through all phases of development and implementation.
