Job Responsibilities

Support patients participating in clinical research studies by coordinating care and facilitating communication with healthcare providersHelp patients understand study protocols, schedule appointments, and address concerns related to their participationCollaborate with research teams to monitor patient progress and collect data while ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsServe as a resource to help patients navigate the healthcare system and access necessary services throughout their research experienceEnsure that participants remain engaged and compliant with study protocols to maintain the integrity and validity of the researchContribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the research process by coordinating care and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providersEnsure that patient data is accurately collected and monitored to enhance the quality of the research outcomesMay be responsible for entire projects or processes within their area of responsibility, contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or patient careStrong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHourly rate: $49-$59 

Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCertification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, CCRC) preferred

Necessary Skills:

In-depth knowledge and skills within the professional discipline of clinical research and patient careAbility to coordinate care and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providersStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to address patient concerns and provide individualized supportProficiency in data collection and monitoringUnderstanding of the impact of work on related areas and the ability to manage processes and program

Salary Range:

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
