We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to actively support the Translational Science Hub (TSH) scientific team by managing the scientific research projects. This role spans the entire project lifecycle, from coordinating Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and proposals to contracting, project kick-offs, and ongoing monitoring and reporting. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of contact, fostering collaboration among internal teams and external partners.
The role also involves preparing formal communications to researchers, organizing key project meetings, and ensuring financial and status reporting during the lifecycle of each project. Flexibility is key, as the Program Manager may also support other areas like clinical and business operations as required.

Main responsibilities
Coordinate the submission of EOIs and project proposals, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.Organize and project kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities. The meetings will be led by the scientific research team.Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk management and resource allocation.Prepare and present financial and performance summaries as required.Meeting Coordination and Documentation ownership - prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, and document meeting minutes.Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial reporting aligns with approved plans.Prepare and present summary reports on project outcomes, highlighting successes and lessons learned.Provide assistance to other areas such as clinical and business operations as needed, adapting to evolving priorities and organizational needs.About you
Bachelor’s degree in science, health, or a related field.Proven experience in managing projects across their full lifecycle, including financial oversight and stakeholder interactions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Familiarity with project management tools and software. Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and align stakeholders with project goals and business goals.Why choose us?
