Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as health care administration, research administration, or a related discipline), along with experience in research administration and protocol management will be required.
Licensure: Certification through ACRP or its equivalent preferred.
Experience: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills as well as familiarity with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines is required.

Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management for research protocols. Ability to assure the accuracy and integrity of research data. Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
