Job Description: Job Title: Research and Psychometrics Services Assistant Required Qualification: Master’s in Clinical Psychology Location: Bangalore, India Starting Date: Immediately Position: Full-time; CWK A fabulous opportunity to join one of the world's largest commercial developers and distributors of psychological testing materials. The role is focused on data entry and processing related to the adaptation and standardisation of Pearson Clinical Assessments. Responsibilities will include: + Review of clinical assessment protocols for completeness and quality + Data entry, checking and cleaning and filing. + Liaising with international Research & Development teams, including Psychometrics teams + Liaising with other functions of Pearson Clinical Assessment, as required Skills required: + Understanding and knowledge of psychometric testing + Sound administration and organisation skills + Excellent database, data entry and Microsoft Office skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Verbal and written proficiency in English. + Verbal and written proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali + Team player, self-motivated and keen to learn new skills + High levels of attention to detail + Ability to multi-task across projects + Ability to meet goals, as per timelines Interested candidates should email their CV and cover letter to: **Who we are:** At Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine through learning.
