Posting Number: S06138P Department: Analog Center Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 DOQ Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Richardson Job Description: Design of SiGe HBT circuits operating at millimeter wave frequencies. Train AI assistant models and tools for integrated circuit design. Benchmark the performance of circuits implemented with AI assistance. Evaluate the feasibility of using the models and tools for other types of integrated circuits technologies. Suggest strategies to improve the AI models. Minimum Qualifications: - Master’s degree in field directly related to research – Two (2) years of experience/expertise performing research relating to a specified field of study – Or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience totaling at least eight years. Preferred Education and Experience: Ph.D in Electrical Engineering and/or a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in integrated circuit design. Experience in millimeter-wave integrated circuits and system design using Silicon process technologies. Characterization of millimeter-wave integrated circuits and systems.
