It is required to have a PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Medical Science) to qualify for this role.

 

The ideal candidate will work closely with faculty and residents to support research activities, from project design through data analysis and publication. This role includes providing expertise in basic biostatistics, guiding the Institutional Review Board (IRB) process, participating in resident conferences, and leading our annual research symposium.

Responsibilities

Assume lead role in various clinical research projects.

 

Collaborate to design, fund, conduct, evaluate and report on research projects.Secure grants and funding for research and is responsible for controlling budgets.Ensure research activities comply with applicable ethical, legal, regulatory and funding requirements.Serve in a mentorship, supervisory and/or consultative capacity to students and staff. Maintain current knowledge of healthcare research-related issues, trends and scientific developments.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences

It is required to have a PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Medical Science) to qualify for this role.
