This position is based at our Piscataway, NJ location.** **What you will do** + **Identify and lead new technology initiatives by developing a pipeline of innovation and provide support for existing formulas** + **Develop formulations and products that deliver oral care benefits and address consumer needs** + **Plan, execute, and analyze experimental data to illustrate mechanisms of action and improve product design and development processes** + **Communicate experimental results to technical and non-technical business partners** + **Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of key projects with the ability to influence outside of your network and use diversity of thought** + **Understand and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the product development process** + **Identify and lead collaboration efforts with external partners/suppliers** **Required Qualifications** + **Doctorate in Chemistry or related sciences (Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology)** + **At least 1 year of relevant work experience** + **Experience with statistics and/or data analysis** **Preferred Qualifications:** + **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** + **Experience working and collaborating in a team/cross-functional environment** + **Experience developing multiple projects simultaneously** **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $114,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
