REMOTE RESEARCH SPECIALIST (PART-TIME CONTRACTOR)

WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage, and a willingness to learn who is available to work up to 30 hours per week as a Remote Research Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with the collection and maintenance of new multi-family housing data in ZU’s proprietary NHSLive data product.

As a Remote Research Specialist, you will:

- Make inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites and information supplied by Zonda Urban

- Monitor project websites and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases

- Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information

- Creative with problem solving and preferably with experience around customer service and dealing with people over the phone

- Organized and resourceful with strong intrapersonal skills and ability to work from home, and a positive attitude

- Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment

WHAT WE OFFER

- Flexible work hours up to 30 hours per week at $17-20/hr
