In this role, you will plan and manage personnel and material resources, processes and projects in the Monoclonal Antibody Production Area.Supporting and leading process and/or design change projects.  You will develop protocols, prepare validation and/or test results reports, and work with cross functional teams.Supervise daily operations of the monoclonal antibody production process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Lead and mentor a team of scientists and technicians in the execution of production protocols.Oversee the optimization of cell culture and purification processes to enhance yield and quality.Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure product integrity and safety.Maintain accurate documentation of production procedures, results, and deviations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the production process.Participate in the development and validation of new production processes and technologies.Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in monoclonal antibody production.

You have good time management and planning skills, working with cross function teams to meet project milestones.You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.You have experience in monoclonal antibody production or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.You have Strong knowledge of cell culture techniques, protein purification, and characterization methods.You have familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control processes.You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You have experience with people management and leadership skills.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

Require time management and planning skills, working with cross function teams to meet project milestones.BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medical Technology, Biology or related disciplines with 5 - 8 years of job-related experience.Experience working in a regulated environment.Experience in monoclonal antibody production or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.Strong knowledge of cell culture techniques, protein purification, and characterization methods.Familiar with GMP regulations and quality control processes.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with people management and leadership skills
