Organizes and analyzes data and provides findings and recommendations. Conducts research on the internal and external environment of the Coop and provide insights based on data collected. Assists and provides inputs in the formulation of Plans, conduct of periodic reviews, and crafting of scorecards. Coordinates with concerned offices relative to plans, research, and development, periodic reviews, and crafting of scorecards. Prepares periodic reports. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time
