PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a focus on AI/ML, neuromorphic computing, and/or wireless communications. Strong publication track record in relevant areas, including top-tier journals and conferences. Expertise in wireless communications. Proven experience in neuromorphic computing at the algorithmic level, with knowledge of SNNs, or bio-inspired learning models. Hands-on AI & ML experience, including proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or neuromorphic computing frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate theoretical insights into practical implementations. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to contribute to a collaborative research environment. 

As a Bell-Labs researcher, you will_

Develop innovative neuromorphic training and inference methods for wireless communication applications. Design and implement novel spiking neural network (SNN) architectures with low latency and tailored for radio signal processing. Investigate energy-efficient neuromorphic learning techniques. Contribute to integrating neuromorphic computing with emerging wireless paradigms, such as intelligent receivers and the AI RAN. Demonstrate thought leadership by publishing research findings in top-tier journals and conferences. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including AI researchers, RF engineers, and hardware designers.
