POSITION SUMMARY:
The Reservation Assistant, Transportation and Valet is in charge of accepting and processing the limousine service request for guests, as well as ensuring that all transport reservation will be served in timely and successful manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accepts and processes all limousine/transport requests.
2. Accurately books and assigns limousine unit based on the details of the transport request.
3. Provides timely confirmation to the requesterr and ensures that complete details (vehicle model, plate number, driver details, and contact number, limousine rate etc.) will be provided at the soonest possible time.
4. Regularly checks the daily trip forecast and constantly coordinates with the dispatcher for the proper dispatch of the limousine units.
5. Regularly checks forecast in the Opera.
6. Handles additional or urgent transport requests. Coordinates with dispatcher for the available unit to be provided for the additional request.
7. Maximizes the assignment and usage of limousine vehicles. Staff must be able to forecast if there is a need to outsource or lease additional vehicle to cater volume of requests.
8. In charge of proper charging and documentation of all limousine transactions.
9. Posting of charges to Micros and following proper posting guidelines directed by Finance.
10. Monitors cash flow of the revolving fund. Ensures that monitoring must be regularly updated.
11. Complies with all finance-related requirements approved by Finance Audit.
12. Generates and submits revenue report accurately and timely to requesting Departments.
13. Updates and reports to immediate superior all untoward incidents during their shift.
14. Other tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1 to 2-year experience in Reservation preferably in limousine, room or airline reservation operation.
