**Contact Centers**
Contact Centers assist customers with travel concerns, administer refunds, handle flight recovery, conduct quality assurance checks, and more
**Job overview and responsibilities**
+ Communicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous manner
+ Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service
+ Arranges for ticketing and other special services
+ Notifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules
+ Assists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans
+ Operates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve information
+ Sells consultatively
**This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.**
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent required
+ Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
+ Must be at least 18 years of age required
+ Must be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/ or unforeseen situations.
+ Must have **valid US Visa** and Passport
+ Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
**Preferred**
+ Prefer one year of experience in sales, customer contact, or other related work required
