Job overview and responsibilities

Communicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous manner Resolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service Arranges for ticketing and other special services Notifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules Assists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans Operates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve information Sells consultatively

High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent requiredMust be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Must be at least 18 years of age requiredMust be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and/ or unforeseen situations.Must have valid US Visa and PassportMust be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
