Your role involves managing guest reservations, providing detailed information about our villas and services, and ensuring a smooth booking process. You will also collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and maximize occupancy. **Qualifications:** · Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. · Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
