Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Supervisor to join our team in Quy Nhon, Vietnam. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reservations department and contributing to the overall success of our property.
Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all booking processesManage and train reservation staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer serviceMonitor and analyze reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics to optimize booking strategiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to check-outHandle complex reservation inquiries, special requests, and VIP bookingsImplement and maintain effective systems to prevent double bookings, non-guaranteed reservations, and other inaccuraciesStay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and market trends in Quy Nhon to provide informed recommendations to guestsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standardsGenerate and analyze reports on reservation activities, providing insights to senior managementResolve guest complaints and issues related to reservations promptly and professionallyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or rooms division, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleProficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS)Strong understanding of various distribution channels and online booking platformsExcellent knowledge of the Quy Nhon tourism market, local attractions, and regional competitorsProven leadership and team management skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesFluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plusExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as requiredDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and reservation-related softwareAdditional InformationReporting into Reservations Manager
