Reservationist (Assistant)
The successful applicant should bring a strong blend of interpersonal skills and industry knowledge, dedicated to creating enjoyable and memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing and processing reservations efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction Responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels Maintaining accurate records of bookings and guest preferences using Opera and other hospitality systems Coordinating with FOH and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Handling guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and a focus on resolution Criteria:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-Star Hotel or similar environment, preferably within an international Hotel Group Proficiency in hospitality computer applications, including Opera Excellent communication skills in English (speak, read and write) Strong attention to detail Confident, energetic, professional, with a friendly personality Focused on delivering excellent guest service Well-groomed with a polished appearance Able to handle pressure and multitask effectively Willing to work flexible hours based on business needs
