The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Overnight Reservations Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is organized, driven, and who can communicate accurately and efficiently. This position reports to the Reservations Manager.

 

Responsibilities

Contribute to our work environment with a positive and friendly attitudeField inquiries for transient reservations and convert as many of these calls as possible into confirmed reservationsListen and communicated effectively and use selling strategies to close salesRecord all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed formsUpdate guest history records, travel agency/company records on a regular basis

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

College degree preferably specializing in hotel managementA working knowledge of hotel operationsAbility to operate computer equipmentReading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

 

Visa Requirements

Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
