Key Responsibilities

To take and maintain up-to-date accurate reservation records, including records of any advance bookings and any cancellations. To support and assist in the preparation of group rooming lists To be informed on a daily basis of the hotel’s activities and functions To respond all telephone calls efficiently, always ensure that relevant standards and procedures are implemented and maintained

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field Good knowledge of computer skill i.e. Opera PMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability to handle phone and email conversation with fluency, hardworking, willingness to learn, respect authority and efficient. Excellent English communication skill
