What will I be doing? As a Reservations Agent - Arabic Speaker, you will assist guests with booking and managing their reservations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\nProcess reservations by phone, email, or through central reservation systems.
\n\n\nProvide guests with information about room features, rates, packages, and promotions.
\n\n\nHandle special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

\n\n\nFluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
\n\n\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.
\n\n\nPrevious experience in a reservations or front office role is an advantage.
\n\n\nAbility to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
