This stunning 374 room hotel is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard's vibrant restaurants and shops, offers a full-service spa, multiple dining options and also boasts an outdoor pool and private cabanas. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, is collaborative, and enthusiastic.

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nAs a Reservations Agent, you would be responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\nAnswers all transient and group reservations calls and e-mails in a friendly manner, using clear English communication. When processing e-mails or listening to callers, ensures a clear understanding of their inquiries and requests. Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information. Assists other departments such as Sales, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office with reservation related questions.\nCreate and Manage Group Room Blocks, Build new Group SRPs in OnQ Rate and Inventory Management and GroupMax. Monitor group blocks, ensure cut off dates are met, monitor pick-up, process rooming lists. \nWork closely with hotel Sales Managers, Event Managers, Front Office Managers, Guests, Group Contacts and Travel Agents to ensure operating departments are informed of guest needs.\nManage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy, promotion, special reservation procedures, operational issues and special events\nCalculate, prepare and generate designated reports related to group and transient business production\nAttend weekly Group Pick-up Meeting.\nCreate Group masters and update all systems with appropriate communication. \nVerify group resumes ensuring accuracy of billing, complimentary room night allocations, staff rate allocations, and all other front office related contractual concessions.\nAdministrative duties including Email correspondence with internal and external clients, processing and filing contracts.\nWhat are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
