About the Job: 

An opportunity has arisen for a Reservation Agent to join summer season 2024 at Jumeirah Capri Palace. As an agent, you will be responsible for assisting all guests with their booking needs and enquiries. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.

 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Assisting and advising customers displaying excellent knowledge of the variety of options provided. Making reservations for customers based on their requirements and preferences. Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest. Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. Selling and promoting reservation services. Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process according to Jumeirah standards. Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages. Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

 

 

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexibility, organisational skills and adaptability into a fast-paced environment.
