You will have on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI, five days per week. The regular schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During the initial training period (typically the first three months), you will follow a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided. **What You'll Do**
You will work directly with the Operations Manager and Facilities Support team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with the Michigan Ross facilities. You will interact daily with those planning events at Ross to define needs and determine opportunities for improvement for future events. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities***
+ Academic & Event Scheduling (70%)
+ Oversee access to and use of daily calendar using scheduling software
+ Participate in and direct the planning, scheduling and execution of all events
+ Create setup diagrams for events and communicate with all interested parties
+ Coordinate event requirements together with event managers and provide support
+ Participate in and direct the scheduling of classes and exams, manage classroom setup requests and other special requests from instructors
+ Approve or deny room usage by internal and external groups
+ Interpret and communicate department policies, procedures, and services to faculty and organizations inquiring about prospective conferences and events
+ Change, add, or delete courses for faculty and assist with moving courses each semester.
+ Schedule midterms and exams and enter into the system and notify Academic Programmer
+ Other (30%)
+ Be a primary contact for all facilities-related matters, handle email requests for information, complaints and room requests
+ Gather and evaluate feedback on departmental performance, recommend changes and improvement to procedures
+ Assist with managing the rental of student lockers, including the online locker rental and management system and email inbox
+ Provide backup coverage for front desk and mailroom/dock, help with deliveries and room setups
+ Manage lost and found items
+ Distribute and retrieve keys
+ Communicate information to various groups via iMpact
+ Order and maintain necessary classroom and instructional supplies and equipment
**Required Qualifications***
+ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in facility-related activities such as facility management, space planning, space management or food service management or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

**Additional Information**
**Salary Information:**
The posting range for this position is $49,700 to $58,300. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, **it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range** . Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
