About the location:

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Group Reservations Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Group Reservations Agents have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction, particularly with group contacts and attendees. While focus will be on the input and management of group reservations, during slow periods agent will be tasked to assist department with non-group reservations.  Work authorization required.   

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Input of group reservations via rooming list and through individual requests.  

Participate in group meetings and calls regarding prospective and upcoming groups.  

Respond to group specific voicemail and email inbox inquiries.  

Communicate group activity via reports for group contacts and Hualalai sales managers.  

Review rooming lists and group resumes to input specific requests and update Golden profiles.  

Create group booking links and manage inventory.  

Attend pre-con meetings for large groups.  

Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.   

Answer General Reservations e-mails, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests.  

Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.  

Process WRO, Trust, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations.  

Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, clear waitlisted reservations. 

 

 

WHAT TO BRING 

Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience required.  

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States  

Strong written and verbal communication skills  

Strong Customer Service skills      

Preferred bilingual skills in reading, writing, and speaking additional language(s); Japanese highly desired  

Experience with group management software  

Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office products  

Work well under pressure of deadlines and multi-tasking  

Weekend & Holiday availability required
