Overview The Reservations Manager oversees the reservation department, ensuring that all reservations are handled and processed promptly and accurately. The position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to lead a team. This individual will work closely with the Director of Revenue Management and sales department to manage hotel inventory with the goal of maximizing occupancy and room revenue. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality Management or business-related field. 3-5 years of management experience in reservations in a hotel or resort. Computer proficiency with hotel property management systems. Analytical thinker that can read, interpret, and respond to strategy related data. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with team members to develop sound strategies to improve revenues. Excellent problem solver with a customer-centric focus. Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
