Responsibilities You are the first contact with our future and returning Guests to begin their memorable experience with Canyon Ranch. As a Reservations Specialist, you will be introducing opportunities for guests to being planning their stay and all the exciting activities and treatments . At Canyon Ranch, you will build rapport with your caller, using descriptive selling based on your goals and the team goals. Closing a sale will open the door for our future guest to have an individual experience that can be transformational. Qualifications Sales experience is preferred but not required, however an aptitude for engaging guest is critical. Your successes in sales will potentially earn you incentives. Your ability to use interpersonal skills on the telephone demonstrating a confident, positive attitude for making reservation sales for Canyon Ranch is required. We do require that you possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to type a minimum of 40 w.p.m., work with 2 monitors and work in databases. #LI-NB2
