Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $32 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing? 

\n

As a Reservations Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting with overseeing the Reservations Department and processing group reservations information (turnover, including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements) in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nAssist with Reservations Department Leadership\nInterviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.\nManages the activities of Reservations departments to meet Company standards and provide guest satisfaction.\nCommunicates and verifies information regarding group and transient reservations with the appropriate departments \nEnsures reservation request calls and emails are answered with proper language and SOP’s followed \nCoordinates and implements department activities and projects\nProvides clerical support and assistance to management\nTrains department members on Forbes standards \nDemonstrate a strong knowledge and organization of the Microsoft Office suite \nUtilization of several systems including OnQ PM, ONQ R&I \nMulti-task and prioritize tasks as needed, special projects as needed\n
