Reservations Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel or Resort, as Reservations Agents Must have a strong user knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, OPERA PMS, Siteminder and other relevant software/applications Must have a strong communication skills - oral and written, excellent interpersonal and relation skills Must be detail-oriented and has good time management skills Must be available to work flexible Full time hourse including weekends, holidays and special events

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times Answer guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services Update No-shows and cancellations on all OTA's without failt to avoid and unwanted commissions.
