ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Sincerely greets and welcomes all guests and maintains a professional presence when interacting with guests.
· Assures timely delivery of all food and beverages; assists in some food preparation.
· Operates a point of sale, rings in proper amount into register and gives guest correct change.
· Maintains a clean, neat, organized site as well as a comfortable environment for each guest.
· Performs all side work duties as described for assigned shift.
· Empties garbage.
· Assists in all aspects of this operation when necessary.
· Follows all standard safety and sanitation guidelines.
· Adheres to attendance guidelines and follows all regulatory, departmental and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Neat, clean appearance.
· Ability to be flexible with scheduling to include nights, holidays and weekends.
· Requires knowledge of operating point of sale.
· Must be multi-task oriented and work well under pressure.
JOB DEMANDS:
· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
· Position requires 95% standing, 5% walking.
· Requires some bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead.
· Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.
· Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
· Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for long periods of time.
