What will you be doing?
Manage structural changes of the reserving database due to business or reserving process design evolution Propose and perform efficiency improvementsFacilitate the integration of the reserving database with rapidly developing suite of R coded appsBe an active part in the reserving database redesign(s)Provide assistance to Platform Support for client and server software updatesSupport internal and external audits of the system and processWhat we’re looking for?
Degree in mathematics, computer science or other quantitative areaFamiliarity with database related programming (SQL, 4GL or other)Willingness to focus on the data process design and efficiency Strong analytical skillsExposure to R and/or Python coding would be a plus but is not mandatoryUnderstanding of non-life reserving would be plus but is not mandatoryFluent command of EnglishIn Aviva Services Excellence Centre, we provide:
