Reset Merchandiser

As a Reset Merchandiser, you will be responsible for adjusting and setting shelves for merchandise in assigned retail stores. The Reset Merchandiser works both independently and as part of a team traveling to assigned retail stores to perform merchandise resets.

Job Description

Pay - $18- $19/hr

Territory – Windsor & Suffield, CT & Western, MA

Schedule

Monday - Friday - flexibility needed Weekends/Holidays

Flex start (7:00am - 3:30pm; 8:00am - 4:00pm; 9:00am - 5:00pm)

You will contribute by:

Adjusting and setting shelves in retail stores throughout an assigned marketplace

Placing and arranging merchandise on shelves using a layout or plan-o-gram

Install and adjust shelves to meet store and product needs

Communicate effectively with store representatives and/or supervisors

Stock and Order merchandise as needed to assist Service Sales.

Break down shelf tags weekly

Special Projects such as audits

Submit summary reports weekly to the Reset Manager and Retail Counselor documenting work completed each week

Travel Required: Yes

The nature of the role requires transportation to get to and from work

We’re searching for candidates with:

Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.

Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs

Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service

Communication skills including speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations

Capability to read and interpret written information and comprehend simple instructions
