Opportunity Details:

Provides administrative support for the daily operations of the Office of Graduate Medical Education. ​Reviews and screens the credentials of all house staff and fellows prior to issuing contracts and maintains all files.​​​​​​ Prepares reports and data regarding House staff to NYC Health + Hospitals and New York Medical College, as needed. Creates and maintains information needed to process requests for verification of residency training from outside institutions. Assists in maintaining NYC Health + Hospitals' electronic audit system for monitoring compliance with Bell 405 regulations. Prepares required forms for house staff in need of visa’s issued by the Exchange Visitor’s Program. Maintains New Innovations database delineating house staff and fellows' clinical privileges. Responds to queries from outside facilities regarding former House staff. Responsible for recording and editing GME Committee minutes.
