The Resident Ambassador must provide building residents with an exceptional level of service and attention while also assisting the Building Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property. This position requires strong communication skills and a personable demeanor. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in Gold Coast, Chicago, Illinois.

Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with outside parties and businesses that will be able to provide benefits for residents. Plan resident events and follow budgeted guidelines in doing so. Provide back-up assistance to Property Manager in A/R, A/P and other various operational tasks Develop, design, or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products. Support the residents by providing the following: Arrange for dry cleaning pick-up and delivery Package acceptance and coordinating deliveries Book travel arrangements and dinner reservations Arrange event tickets Provide tourist and city information as well as driving, walking, and CTA directions Arrange for pet sitting and walking services Arrange for other services, i.e. watering plants, booking cabs, limos, and other transportation services; maid service; personal research; key date reminder service Conduct all business in accordance with the Draper & Kramer’s policies and procedures, fair housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to apartments. Enhancing and communicating the Draper & Kramer and property brand to persons outside of the company. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a luxury or 5-Star customer service environment Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills Outgoing, friendly personality Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Self-motivated; can work independently Basic typing and computer skills including ability to find information on the Internet Leasing License or must be able to obtain in 120 days Yardi experience a plus High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferredCompensation
