Towerlight on Wooddale is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares and be trained to pass medications to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful assisted living and memory care building in St.Louis Park, MN.
This caregiver schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.Assists with onboarding of new staffPerforms other duties as assigned and directed Qualifications Required Skills:Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.CNA certificated if under 18.Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
